Burton card PPI claim query

Good morning everyone, first post so hello and be gentle please 
I'm a long time PPI payer on a Burton card and had downloaded your claim questionnaire template in preparation of starting the claim process with Santander.
I've seen correspondence here (and elsewhere) about how difficult Santander have been with claimants but i've received a letter entitled 'Notice of Assignment' informing me that the account is being transferred to NewDay Ltd.
This is due to commence from April 1st. Has anyone here had dealings with NewDay with regard to PPI claims and could you advise whether i'm better to start my claim now with Santander before the date of transfer or wait until after the transfer date please?

the seller of the PPI is who you compain to. If it was sold prior to 2005 they will reject your complaint. Then you will have to complain to the insurer. Your complaint is by no means assured.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
