How to get rid of news alerts from Sky Sports app

I had the Sky Sports app on my Iphone since I had it. Until recently I never had the news alerts until recently. Now I get loads. Cannot find how to get rid of them.

I'm assuming you have iOS 7 installed on your iPhone?

You need to go to settings then notification centre tap that it will then open up, scroll down to the include bit and find the Sky Sports App. Tap that, you will see alert style tap the one that says none. Then scroll down and turn of the badge app icon and also the sounds one turn off show in notification centre and turn off show on lock screen.

Voila it now wont give you any news alerts.
