I've got an Rbs and Barclays basic debit cards will they work on petrol pumps etching .

    RBS Basic debit card no it won't as they don't allow basic online cards to work in pay@pump.

    Barclays not to sure about I think they do,it's probably wise to test it when you can go in and pay just in case.

    barclays might do - when i opened my cash card account in 2013 it didnt but if you request a pic on your debit card it did then.

    and worked ever since
