Hey guys,
So (stupidly) I have lost my phone and I have a Select Silver current account which comes with mobile phone insurance, provided by Aviva.
I'm going to phone them tomorrow to claim through them, but does anyone know what the process will be, what I need to do etc before I call them? I've already notified my network of the loss of the phone
What sort of information will the insurance company need?

Previously you had to register your device before it would be covered. Apart from that not too much to do which you have not already done. They will just ask how and that the Network are aware.0

You must report the loss to your airtime provider within 24 hours of discovery, theres no need to report to the police. You don't need to have registered your phone - have the make, model and IMEI to hand.0
