firstly its not a fine , its a parking charge invoice

secondly £100 is the maximum allowed by the BPA without good reason

thirdly, certain procedures shpuld have been followed

lastly, you can ignore debt collectors

    now read this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

tells you everything you need to know

you should have appealed this last year, not ignored it
  • I only ignored as it was my space i was in and as i didnt hear anything until now i thought everything was ok, what steps should i take next as i called them yesterday and said to them that it is my space they advised they would send me pics via email but as yet have not recieved anything

You've been told exactly what you need to do next, why not pay attention to the poster who tried to help you. Here, in case you missed it...
  • Dont get rude
  • Ok so basically i got my ticket, ignored it then recieved a final parking notice on the 31st of Jan this year but should have got a letter before hand?
  • This case may not be as straight forward as you think - UCS is currently stated as non-trading - at the last time accouts were submitted - but the shareholder is another currently non-trading company - privately owned by a Craig Stevens who has set up multiple companies - which look like property management/ownership.

This may be better dealt with off forum - if the OP would like to pm me with an email address/link to look at all correspondence.
  • FozzyBoy - you have a pm!
