What made it annoying was that they had signs up but only right at the front of the queue behind loads of clutter on the tills so you couldn't even see them until you'd already got to the front of the queue and had them pointed out to you - I was far from the only person waiting in line for no reason. Then they asked me to pay for my order instead, so I asked how I could pay something that they had just told me they'd run out of, and they suddenly decided they hadn't run out after all. What?! If the simple fact is that the offer was being abused and they decided to pull it, why not just say this instead of making up random lies? The staff were also really shirty with everyone trying to use a voucher like the money was going to come out of their wages or something. Complete joke really, fair enough the offer wasn't on so I just walked away but why offer something like this in the first place, surely they knew what would happen? You offer free food, people will turn up wanting free food, jeez! And all the codes were unique anyway so why the fuss about duplicates, they've got a system in place to avoid that kind of abuse so why not use it?

I got mine yesterday no questions asked and it was a legit voucher too
