Thanks for the advice.
I'm a trainer for violence and aggression management, so I realise the potential for training injuries etc.
Due to a change in regulations, the body that regulates care homes in Scotland, has demanded that all home employees have aggression management training.
So in the last few days I have been inudated with request for training !!!
I suspect I'll have to have my own liability cover.
