Recently discovered if you have any outbuildings the council have increased council tax wondered when Google Earth would be useful

Another pointless thread!
Outbuildings such as sheds, garages and conservatories have always been reflected in CT bands, and prior to that domestic rating assessments. I should know, I must have measured thousands during my 35 years with the VOA!If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

GCHQ and NSA Xmas party material...I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
