I have been searching through my paperwork to find some info on 2 previous credit cards that i used to have 2005-2007, which i have found, to make ppi claim
should i make 2 claims, or should i put the details of both on 1 questionnaire

Are these with the same lender? If so, it's your choice whether to make two separate complaints. Personally, I'd fill in two forms...
If they are with different lenders you obviously need to write to each individually.0 -
They are both Lloyds.
I should of also mentioned that the 2nd credit card account was upgraded from the first.
i have filled 1 questionnaire out for the first 1, but then started the 2nd, and it sounds really confusing just reading/writting it, so i assume it would be very difficult for the person processing it.
maybe best for 1 form and mention the 2nd was upgraded?0 -
