Hi,
When I bought my house in 2013, I took home insurance & contents insurance throught CWPL and was offered a £20 cash back on each policy (ie£40) on the anniversary, its been 2 months since the policies came to an end, it seems I am just hitting a brick wall as they claim to have paid the money into my account, but the truth is no they haven't. I am getting bit frustrated as I only keep getting excuses, are they trying to fob me off?
What are my options now?
