as Labman flagged up I work for NU and I can appreciate that you feel disappointed in these charges, especially after remaining with us for 9 years. Can I suugest that you give my colleague Katrina Youngman a call in the Customer Relations team, her number is 0800 092 9352 and she would be happy to discuss your concerns with you.
