Sirrus 1600 Shower problem - Replacing

Hi,

I have a sirrus (gummers) TS 1600 mixer shower and I noticed that I was having to turn it up higher to get the water to the right temperature. Then we stopped getting hot water all together.

I have stripped it down and replaced all the seals and the thermastat but it doesnt make any difference. However I have noticed that the temperature adjusting screw inside is stuck. I cant get it to move at all.

Would this be why I am getting no hot water? Should I buy a replacement cartridge or a whole new shower?

I am a keen diyer but would rather not have to remove all the tiling purely due to cost at the moment and the pipes are all concealed behind the tiles?

Any ideas would be fab.
Cheers
