Well even Deutsche Bank, which has a larger exposure to Russia has performed better over the last year.
Perhaps Barclays is oversold, but it doesnt seem to be in control of costs, reputation etc.
The Barclaycard division has been a star, but not sure if this is sustainable.0 -
HSBC has performed better. Yet it's share price is still falling.
Banks are getting fined left right and centre.
Rumours are that FX trading is going to make a bigger hit than LIBOR rigging.0 -

HSBC is currently down 22% on its 52 week high.
Barclays 25%
Standard Chartered 32%
RBS 31%

This doesn't clear Barclays.
HSBC & SC have taken a hit because of a reliance on Emerging markets. This may or may not come to pass
Barclays is facing major concerns about leadership and inability to control costs within its IB division.0 -
