Car Purchased-lots of problems
A whole host of electrical problems? Can you be more specific? As an example is it the electric sunroof not operating? The air-con not working, windows not going up and down? Headlamps going out? As an ex-dealer we used to sell cars and some came back shortly afterwards with minor electrical problems all of which can be sorted by a quick trip to the mechanic!

the car is only a couple of years old
If the car is only two years old it should have the balance of the manufacturer's warranty, one year, still on it.0 -
There were problems with aircon units, bodywork, wipers, heaters, radio, doors etc etc.
Has 1 years manufacturers warranty still left and supposed to have fsh!!!.
Anyway vehicle was returned am today and all problems written down and dealer has promised to get car a full bill of health and get manufacturer to correct everything and provided courtesy car-relative still fuming that they sold it to him in that condition after supposedly being put through a series of checks.
Will keep you updated.

He has not heard a cockle from them since returning the car on Friday
-a MPV-must be taking them an age to sort out all the faults on the car that they sold him -and has been using a courtesy car that he had to move heaven and hell to get from them-he has asked me not to name them yet as he has been told all car firms are checking this site on a daily basis-if they muck him around much more though he has given me the green light to name and shame big style.
Feel so sorry for him as he paid almost all the balance off in hard earned cash-they now have his cash -he does not have the car he bought!
Gutted for him.
Will keep you updated!

He has checked that he's insured for this courtesy car? Most courtesy cars require you to temporarily cover it on your own insurance.0
