Unfair PCN???

Hi everyone.
I was given a PCN last week for parking in a disabled bay in a car park in maidenhead. I did not believe it was a disabled bay as the yellow lines marking the bay had been painted over in white, the bay was the same width as all of the standard bays and there were no signs. Other bays in the same car park are marked in yellow and have individual signs.
I have appealed but it was rejected and I am not sure if I should take it further and lose out on the chance of paying the lower amount?
I can't seem to attach pics at the moment but I have uploaded some to photobucket.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers, Charlieandbensdaddy.

Post the photobucket links without the HTTP bit and with a space in it somewhere and then read the newbies sticky at the top of the forum for how to go about appealing to POPLA
Did the rejection letter include a 10 digit POPLA code?0 -
First things first - was it a council PCN or a private PCN ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

Hope this is what you mean? I'll read the newbies sticky, but as you can see from the letter there was no POPLA code.
Cheers.

Councils don't use POPLA - that's for private parking "tickets".
You need to get over to Pepipoo ( https://www.pepipoo.com ), register and start a thread on there. They are the experts in council tickets."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
