Does anyone have an address for NatWest fraud department?

I found out earlier today someone has set up a fake bank account at NatWest using my name and address which they were using to run a mobile phone scam. I phoned NatWest fraud team and was told that without full branch and account details there was nothing they could do. Then they hung up.

I do not have the full details and do not want to find further down the line they are chasing me for payment for an account which is nothing to do with me. (I have no idea how it was set up). I want to put in writing but there is no address on their website. Does anyone have an address for the Nat West fraud department?.

I'm sure there will be a contact address on their website you could write to.

Whats wrong with the advise you have been given on the thread you started about this 10.23am starting identity fraud - Natwest acc in my name - NW does not want to know!
