Music app for Facebook that lets people add songs/vote

Hi all,
Random question today.
I was wondering if anyone knows of an app for Facebook (or even standalone but can be embedded) where (when shared publicly) people can add songs to a playlist and maybe upvote and downvote songs that have already been added?
I know that there's Soundrop but it just involves sharing a link and users need to already have Spotify (or Deezer) and Soundrop to participate.
Anyone know of an app alternative?
