Hi all
My daughter has just upgraded to an iPhone 5s and reset her iPhone 4S to factory settings, deleting all the data. However, she realised that she would get a bit more when selling the 4s if she had left Flappy Birds installed (I have no clue about apps etc). She then downloaded it (somehow) via iCloud from her new 5s back to the 4s. She says the problem s that the iCloud has my husbands details. Would these then be accessible to a prospective buyer?
TIA

My view is don't do it. I would not consider selling an iPhone that has not been completely wiped. If you speak to anyone who has had a cloud account hacked you'll realise it's not worth it.

You will not get more for a phone that has flappy birds installed. Please do not fall into this trap. The auctions covered in the media where it has topped thousands are people bidding them up for a laugh but no-one will actually pay that amount. If my post helped you in anyway, please hit the "Thanks" button! Please note any advice I give is followed at your own risk!0

Agree with this, plus its still available on the UAE app store and the US app store (as at about 1300 today):beer:0 -
Thanks for the replies. I will tell her to erase it again.
Just one more question, if the phone has had everything erased, my husband's iCloud account will not still be linked will it?

If it's running iOS7 you'll need to erase Activation Lock before selling it on. You can do this by turning off Find My Phone. Then you should select Erase Content and Settings via going to General then Settings.
Don't forget to back the phone up to iTunes beforehand so you can restore the old settings, apps and data onto her next iPhone.
