Scottish Power - Annual Review?

Probably a stupid question but will my annual review with Scottish Power be the month I signed up or is it based on tax year/anything else?
Reason I ask is this is my first year with Scottish Power as I signed up in March 2013. I currently have a large credit on my account that from reading their FAQs I should qualify to get a refund at my annual review.

I would also like to know the answer to this. I joined them in about July and had an email about an annual review.
However there is nothing on the website which is where is says I should be looking...Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0 -
My one last year with SP was on or about the anniversary of me joining them, but as they are nearly as useless as everyone else at the moment I wouldn't be holding my breath waiting for it.
I don't know what's gone wrong with all the suppliers at the moment, but I feel that they should all be taken to a brewery and shown how to organise a ps-up. Then perhaps they could go home and sort themselves out.;)Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -

I think that's a little unfair, you hardly ever see people on here having problems with SSE, and even BG and edf complaints seem to have settled down compared to the meltdown of a few years ago.0
