Idealing Exit charges

Hi I have had an ISA with Idealing for sometime but for ease would like to move it to a cheaper manager such as X-O. It seems they levy a charge of at least £60 to do this. as anyone else experienced such high charges

Note that x-o also charge a closure fee of £50 on their ISA if you decide to move away from them in future..
