Hi I am going back to work as a contractor I will be doing this through a private limited company. I will be using a live out nanny as childcare. Does anyone know if my nanny can be an employee of this company or can I make any claims against the company income for her?
Thanks
Thanks

Looks like you can claim childcare vouchers as an employee of the ltd co, some pointers:

But you can't use the nanny as an employee of the company - unless of course the company is involved in providing childcare and bills you for the nanny's time.

no, you can't.
The person would have to be providing a service to the company for the company to pay the bill.
They aren't, so you can't.0
