Hi
Can someone give me some advice please.
I was shopping at Aldi in Ormsklirk and got held up in the queue.
I overstayed by about 5 mins and have received a charge from Parking Eye for £60 or £100 if not paid with a certain period of time. Do I have to pay this charge.

You need to start your own thread rather that hijack someone else's.
There is a one case one thread policy on here to help avoid any confusion like there is now.The word "gullible" isn't in the dictionaryTickets: 19 [cancelled: 18, paid: 0, pending: 1]

The short answer is no you don't have to pay this charge.
This is the thead to read and digest.

Steps to take:
Registered keeper makes appeal to Parking Eye (who may cancel charge) - if you have a receipt of purchase/s over a number of days or a redacted bank statement proving you are a customer send a COPY with the first appeal. (There are examples in the Newbie thread)
Parking Eye should then send a POPLA code - you will need to write your appeal - post it up hear for checking before submitting.
Then you will win the appeal and the charge will be cancelled.
Of course also you could complain directly to Aldi - as an angry customer.0
