    Frequent :

Morning everyone, notes people are still leaving tracks back to themselves, just a matter of time before someone gets caught and banned...

    Whereismycashback:

Complete and utter nonsense from the person who told you this. Don't let one persons misinformation nor anyone elses paranoia about them watching/tracking you put you off. Vouchers are treated as cash in all respects, there are no limitations on useage apart from those in the T&C's concenring £100 limit.

You're going to have to complain to head office customer services Don't worry that, they won't even flinch about the amount and will probably top up the vouchers with another £5 or so. Each time I call to get vouchers refunded I get an additional fiver or so.

Perhaps you could provide evidence before posting pure speculation and mis-information based upon....... paranoia? I really do think some of your statements are extremely passive aggressive and designed to instill unnecessary worry and fear.

I look forward to seeing some

    Hi all,
Just wanted to share my recent experience with you, and also to serve as a warning to those of you doing C&C shops at A.

I have done 6 C&C shops over the last 2 months, big birds, maxi mix, Failed fairy and a few 'normal' shops.

After my Fairy shop on Friday I tried to log into my account, but found it was temporarily suspended and to call xxxx

I have had several telephone conversations this morning with HO and the store and have found out the following.

My account has been suspended at the request of the store, as they suspect over-use of evouchers and my account has been marked fraud risk!

HO asked me how I got the evouchers. I suggested that they looked at my account, and checked for themselves, then they would see that everything was aboveboard. They replied that they are unable to see why the evouchers have been issued or who by, on anyones account.

She told me that she could see that I had recently been given a £5 voucher by CS at HO. I knew at this point that she was reading from the notes on my account, and not looking at my actual account, as this evoucher that she was referring to was issued when I complained, and although CS told me that they would issue a £5 evoucher, they actually put £25 evoucher into my account......so I spent it.

I will say that whenever I have collected my C&C I have been the only person there, and I probably have put my head above the parapet, by not spreading where I collect from. As another Elite member said to me only the other day, C&C's do highlight you, and the glitches, which is so true.

I will be emailing Andy Clarke, and will let you know of the outcome.....just wanted to share with you all, so you are all pre-warned.

In the meantime.....Back to APG's in store it is then....

Sorry this happened to you Juju.

Wonders how many others, have been ripping the @ rse out of C&C and are now feeling a little anxious ?
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

I've found the site but can't find the competition....?

They said, overuse, as in used an evoucher more than once. I have never done this and never would.
I have not returned/refused goods and got refund and used APG.
The whole account suspension is because they (the staff at the store) can not see how I could possibly have a 'few' evouchers in such a short time.
    The APG's were around £20-£25
The only reason I posted was to highlight for others, who may have higher, more frequent evouchers.

Thanks....AFAIK it would be impossible to re-use online vouchers as they are removed from the account upon use so that line from them is hogwash.
In store though it would be VERY EASY. In my local there are some staff who barely look at the receipt and NEVER mark them meaning they could be reused, but I think it would be extremely naive and stupid to do so even though it wouldn't be noticed by them at point of sale, but probably would later on.

Do you use your vouchers up regularly or store them and use them for high value purchases as that would possibly highlight your account?

Could just be that an eagle eyed staff member had not seen high APGs before and referred it up the chain, but I think you're wise in lowering your profile for a while ;)
