    Hi all,
Just wanted to share my recent experience with you, and also to serve as a warning to those of you doing C&C shops at A.

I have done 6 C&C shops over the last 2 months, big birds, maxi mix, Failed fairy and a few 'normal' shops.

After my Fairy shop on Friday I tried to log into my account, but found it was temporarily suspended and to call xxxx

I have had several telephone conversations this morning with HO and the store and have found out the following.

My account has been suspended at the request of the store, as they suspect over-use of evouchers and my account has been marked fraud risk!

HO asked me how I got the evouchers. I suggested that they looked at my account, and checked for themselves, then they would see that everything was aboveboard. They replied that they are unable to see why the evouchers have been issued or who by, on anyones account.

She told me that she could see that I had recently been given a £5 voucher by CS at HO. I knew at this point that she was reading from the notes on my account, and not looking at my actual account, as this evoucher that she was referring to was issued when I complained, and although CS told me that they would issue a £5 evoucher, they actually put £25 evoucher into my account......so I spent it.

I will say that whenever I have collected my C&C I have been the only person there, and I probably have put my head above the parapet, by not spreading where I collect from. As another Elite member said to me only the other day, C&C's do highlight you, and the glitches, which is so true.

I will be emailing Andy Clarke, and will let you know of the outcome.....just wanted to share with you all, so you are all pre-warned.

In the meantime.....Back to APG's in store it is then....

JuJu do you not think emailing HO, given that you spent vouchers you knew full well you shouldn't have had, will raise your profile even further? I'd say that you took a punt and it didn't pay off......
If you had played fairly and your account was suspended then fair enough, you'd have a legitimate complaint.
I don't want to start a Barney or anything, I just think complaining to HO is a bit much when you knew full well you were using vouchers you weren't entitled to. I'm not saying you shouldn't have spent them....that's your choice, but you did so knowing the risks surely?

tweets your bracelet looks fab! Im glad you got it sorted out. So much nicer for you to wear it than have it hidden away in a box.

Thank you. I don't like hiding things away in boxes :T
