I must have done something right:). £10 BM popped out of the till:beer:, so those Imperial Leathers must've worked.() This 'for what it's worth' as it appears Mr T's offer ended today (unless it rolls on). You have all been no use though:rotfl:, although to be fair neither have I been of much use as being tardy about my lists:cool:.
Mr S had reduced the amount I need on my cond.spends to something more to my liking - after I stopped shopping there for a while:D.
I've learned though! Instead of going for the perfect shopping, that £10 was a capped voucher, as lost a few pence on some products but getting the cond.spend off. Cad Hot Choc Puddings weren't stocked (hoping for £2 vs £1) and I didn't think matching a £1 price on the Wonder Window Cloth was very good, so I put an extra cereal in there (£2.19 vs £1.09). I've have to total up my losses though - the pence lost above the £10 (which I left to mitigate a decrease in voucher in case the Leathers didn't work - or, worse, took BM amount off me) and the prices a little higher than if they had been glitched items from elsewhere:D. It's hardly that good though - as it's no good paying for expensive brands (which are IMO expensive at the 'cheaper' price of the competitor).
It was closing time, so I went onto a smaller store (as they were open an hour longer and I was visiting relatives:eek: nearby). The petrol was also 1p a litre cheaper at the new store.
What store is it that doesn't stock the Flump? I wanted that to tip the £20, though to be fair I'd have needed two of them. The pics last night reminded me how nice they taste:). Instead I ended up with some 'proper' water rather than bottled tap water - I think it's good to change your sourcing of products occasionally. The Food Standards Agency was I think on about some contamination of meat products. There was no evidence that the contaminated meat had entered the food chain (there never is:D) but, even if it had, people would consume their meat from a number of different sources so were unlikely to exceed unsafe levels. So a change from the Yorkshire tap water:rotfl:.0 -
