My imagination is working overtime, as it is so windy I am picturing you not walking, but on a sail boardI suspect one of those would have been very useful just lately.

I buy brie a good month before we need it so it has time to go offQuite funny, I was buying the Christmas cheese a couple of years ago and spotted some cheap brie on the counter so went to get some (about a month before Christmas). The girl that was serving me said she hoped I was not getting it for Christmas because it only lasts 2 weeks :eek::eek: Dread to think what she would think of the several "out of date" cheeses I currently have in my fridge!!! We like cheese to bite back

All my cheeses are dated 5th January.
The last bit of brie was lovely and ripe when we had it Saturday, wish I had bought more whole ones at 6p a go I think it was, definitely paid no more than 10p.
Not used many of the waxed truckles yet, not sure where I am going to put them when I have to turn off mum's fridge soon. Guess the camping fridge will have to stay on here. Slightly smaller but still can be a cheese fridge.0
