I had placed an order yesterday, for delivery today, before I read your post.

I phoned T. wine by the case CS just now and even though the wines have been dispatched, CS have added the code to my order!!:j
So if anyone has had a delivery recently, it might be worth giving T. a ring.

still wondering about the missing item(s)...

I checked the bread b/c.
It could be 0268420001001 (last digit not on A's receipt).

Then, found this:
"Random weight (number system 2) UPCs are a way of price-marking an item. The first (number system) digit is always 2. The next 5 (6?) digits are locally assigned (meaning anybody can use them for whatever they want). The next 5 (4?) are the price (2 decimal places), and the last digit is the check digit, calculated normally."

It looks like the price of the bread should be £1?

Found another receipt with an item b/c starting with 02- (meat balls 0246080003238). It was not appearing on APG either.
So I wonder if some items with b/c's starting with 02- might be causing APG troubles?...

I had this trouble.
Try moving closer. Make sure there's enough light in the room and open your eye's really wide and then blink. This worked for me in the end.

My problem was I had a light on beside me which was shining onto the webcam, I moved and suddenly acquired KFC
