I don't mind end of aisle promotions as such - in some circumstances, it might encourage people to buy a few more items and make a total of 8 different:rotfl:. As long as they are either not comparable to anywhere else or on equal 'good', or better, promotion at the other stores too.:D
The 155g cooked meats at £1 at A, for example, don't compare elsewhere (not the one I bought, as a last resort:rotfl:, vs S anyroad). Took me ages before I eventually found them - I don't normally look at eye-level promotions:D (not in Mr A anyway, unless I were struggling for PP or BM items:rotfl::rotfl:). I normally shop halfway down the aisles themselves, high and low - that's where the real bargains (that are on 'special' elsewhere) are to be found:D.0 -

I always get mixed up between your DS1 and DS2.:(:o Remind me - is he [DS2] your clever one?:D
they're both clever......just in different ways.
DS2 is the autistic one, yes. he thought I was talking about a cigarette, which sounds similar to cassette I suppose:rotfl::rotfl:
This also sparked a memory in me of my dad showing the kids an old BT phone with a dial that he found and all 3 kids tapping at it with their little fingers trying to figure how it worked:rotfl::rotfl: it was a red phone....I seem to remember you had to pay extra for a coloured one? :rotfl:

:mad: My 'alternative' crisps glitch attempt didn't come off - they've put the prices up to full on the McCoys and taken away the mbuy offer instore:(. I had McCoys 15 £4.19 vs £2.09 T and Skips 18 £4.10 vs £2.09 (or prices something like those) - Skips 18 showing OOS for A on msm, neither showing mbuy (that's cos there isn't any:(:() - would have been great if they had been on 2 for £5 in store.
However, if you see them in your stores with the old 2 for £5 on...;);):D0 -
