Here is what I know-

1. the navy ble bottle that reads "Intensive treatment 400ml" is the correct trigger and will scan in the 3 for £10.

2. There is another similar bottle labelled up as 3 for £10 which when scanned will not come up as 3 for £10. What you do in this case is get it as normal then go to customer services and get your refund and your giftcasd. Keep your receuipt cos the apg will be good on it.


Now clearly no. 1 is the best option and if you deceide to do no. 2 just be sure of barcode etc .

PERHAPS SOMEBODY COULD HELP OUT HERE WITH BARCODE

Intensive - there is apparently old stock in some stores where the 3 for £10 does not kick in. So long as they have a SEL up showing that product included in the offer just get a refund from CS desk. You may even get a £2 giftcard for your trouble.
