oh that is such good news.....I have been popping in to check but can never seem to find you.......at the risk of sounding like a stalker :rotfl::rotfl: I was up late that night you had the warning texts....and relieved the next morning when you had stayed home!
All good here.....just off to gym/torture room.......wishing I had coordination enough to use the crosstrainer!! tried twice now and failed miserably!
Determined to get my monies worth from gym in true MSE style have booked for aquafit and first time fitness (whatever that is!)

Cross trainers are easy!
