Well here is a new one just so it doesn't happen to anyone else , if you do 2 separate orders with click n collect or online delivery you can only have the last one price checked have been on phone to customer service ,all with a south African accent and head office so the 2 orders that I did only one can be price checked and guess what that's in terms and conditions spent hours on the phone talking to people cost a fortune because 0800 numbers are not free

Thankfully the weather held off for my run

Today was a good one, I managed to get a 4m 30s run in, I couldn't push myself up the hill to make it 5, so walked very quickly up it then ran for another 30s :cool:

Why aren't I thin yet??

Because your running is building muscle and muscle is heavier than fat :D

My jeans are getting loose now, lost about 10/12 lbs since Christmas
