Just back yesterday from 3 weeks in Sri Lanka - was able to pop in and out but am still way behind with glitches etc (although I did strike lucky with the Cadbury bags !). I gather the Finest burgers are still working against M but would appreciate it if anyone could confirm the BNI curry deal. I think its against M but I'm not sure which curries compare. DH is probably sick of curries after Sri Lanka but I''m not .

For those struggling with cramps, I have heard that massaging the foot between the little toe and the one next to it relieves cramp in any part of the body. I have tried it for when I get cramp in my thigh and it works, doesn't matter which foot :D

aw thats not good that you didnt enjoy but i went to bristol zoo in the summer and wasnt impressed but rember as a child i loved the place i think moneys tighter than ever in zoos etc places liek that but no excuse

There's a new Bristol Zoo place opened now, cant remember the name of it but its on their website- its just off the motorway and its got the more unusual animals there and you can feed them and all sorts of other stuff. Me and my bestie took the kids there in the summer and we all had a fab time, even when it rained we were all still on the trampolines :D

    Loved reading the nightshifties ;)

Pleased to see Nanny has been cramp free :T without dominos & alcoholic rub downs :D

Me too - I'm feeling much much better

But did have Nanny's leg cramp instead for her in the night :rotfl:

Hopefully Nanny won't get my tummy cramps in a straight swop
