Cant you just go on live chat with them, this often happens to me, but i just chat to them via live chat and they are really helpful and put it straight into my account.

Wow I wish I was joining them lol. I pay £18 a month for unlimited broadband ( no infinity here yet unfortunatly ) free weekend calls and every night from 7 till 7 and no you view box yet.
