Afternoon it's been the most beautiful day today :)and makes you feel so good .I am so surprised venturing out into the garden after what seems an absolute age since I did this seeing so much peeking through and it worries me a little as it seems so early .I have covered the rhubarb up to bring it on a little but things like the Lupins , Evening Primroses and even self set Passionflowers pushing up through the bark will suffer if we get snow:snow_grin and it is possible with this unpredictable weather we are getting:(
I even got to read the Sunday paper out there whilst i was having a coffee break.
Going to have and early dinner now as all that fresh air has made me hungry;)Hoping plenty of you have shared a bit of this lovely sunshine today:T:T

    Hi MKS
    Thanks for the recipe
Is it the mild chilli powder or the hot?
Going to have a go at this later with chicken breast

Mild chilli powder but can obviously adjust for personal taste. I use it for the breasts as well - slice in about 1 cm thickness. I have warm ciabatta, spread thinly with mayo, add lettuce, cucumber, tomato and slices spring onions. Sprinkle the cooked chicken slices with lemon juice and add to the ciabatta. Enjoy.
