Yes that's what we did Hubby took Riley to the park , this was before it started raining while I did what I had to do. Lol some assistants will say anything not to give you a freebie. I got my two handcream sets a week or so ago. I didn t bother going to Waitrose as I don't really like their drinks to be honest . Went to Primark and bought a bra and knickers set using some of my vouchers from sun plus. It was only £5 and rather nice. Usually the cheaper sets aren t big enough for me lol. I went to the Tesco in Wrexham. For a city the Tesco in Chester is n t up to much I don't think.
For us Chester is mecca - our nearest town is just awful - its easier for us to get the train into Chester, only 20 mins - far easier than driving as its nearly an hour by road.
I usually go to Waitrose to get the weekly newspaper thing incase there are any competitions or coupons but OH was hurtling towards the bus stop.
I didn't realise about the Thorntons voucher either this afternoon ..“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Impossible in our house.
We had only just got home and were starting on the Covent Garden carrot and coriander soup (only £1 in our local Spa) when we were skyped by eldest son - 90 mins he was online  I think he must be missing us.
Eldest child is also due to ring tonight, probably in the middle of Eastenders.
Youngest child has been AWOL all week so he is also due to ring ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Seems the £20 meal deal is only available in larger stores so not worth an 18 mile round trip to Mansfield for me.
I did get a totally unexpected pp so hope this is new :-)
Ken Hom chow mein are 3 for £6 but with the return on PP have a net cost of less than £1 each (v Sains)

The difference £0.00 £2.84 -£1.35
The ken hom chicken chow mein are 2 for £6, not 3 for £6
Edit: Just worked it out, the curry and rice is obviously 2 for £6 as well .
2 x £6 + £3.50 =£15.50
But on the receipt it shows as £9.04 + £6.46.0 -
Hello
Hope you are all ok, just got in from KFC, got 4 of the boxed meals, only had to pay for our drinks £1.69 well pleased. Did get a few funny looks as it was quite busy when I handed over the vouchers.
Got more burgers earlier, my freezer is now full to the brim cannot get anything else in it.
Anything good for a Mr A c&c as I have £37 APG sitting in my account?
Thanks

good for TvA shop £1.69 V £1.00, so 5p profit.
don't like the stuff myself, maybe good for someone else
But it would go really well in a food bank collection :T“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
