    Good morning :)

Haven't had a full scan outside yet but what I have seen is bad enough :( It's still quite windy, but nowhere near what it was. I'm guessing It's not going to be easy to find someone to go up see how badly damaged my roof so today.
For the first time ever....I might need to claim on my house insurance. I don't think I can suck this one up :(

CS.....might sound totally obvious. But fan over working and heating in the car not working....have you checked your coolant (anti-freeze) level? Could be that you need some or there's a problem with your radiator?

oh thanks FC - just going to check thanks xxx

How many others got up and went for a look at fences, roofs etc straight away

I didn't need to go outside to check the roof, I could see some of it on the ground, through the kitchen window!:(

    Morning.:)

Many thanks all for your help with tablecloths and glasses yesterday.

Think I have managed to sort it, my local tesco do a free loan service and a friend thinks his wife has lots of tablecloths I can borrow.

For those that are interested burgers where working at 6:45 this morning!

    Thanks

Thanks Sarah, he'll be fine today :) Just got a cold and cough that gets worse at night. He ends up coughing until he's sick whenever he's like this and needs to be more upright when asleep to settle.

Good Morning everyone. Yesterday was the worse day for us wind wise and probably rain wise. Can actually see some sun and blue skies now though.

Morning everyone, hope everyone got through the nights despite the floods, rain and wind :j

I am having a catch up day and the to do list is very long including 2 nasty jobs.

Just checked my emails and I sold a book on Amazon last night - very odd to think that at 7.30 last night in the middle of the gales someone was thinking I really could do with a travel book about France now, what can I find on Amazon? :D

Hope everyone has a really really good day, catch up later :)
