Thanks to Savvy for the Pringles info. Even after being stuck on the motorway for 3 hours and failing to get a free KFC from the services I still couldn't resist trying this. Luckily it worked.

Forgot to ask last night if anyone knows anything about cars ......came home, switched off ignition......but engine (or what sounded like a very big fan??) continued going very loud - so loud that DD could hear it from inside the house .....clearly something not right, its a diesel xsara picasso if that makes any difference?

MOT due, handbrake broken, heater not working, nealry 200k on click - probably time to get rid !

wonders if I can access autotrader from work....must try

Brrrh it's cold today, woke up to a thin covering of snow on cars and grass - just enough to look pretty but not enough to effect the road
