I apologise in advance for my ignorance but could you explain why we cannot share vouchers in pm? I have read your links etc and the only thing I can find is;

Why can't I give something to/buy something from someone on the forum?
The safety of our forum users is paramount. For this reason, we can't allow anyone to exchange their personal details either on the open forum or via private message, however honourable the intention.

This means we don't allow selling, trading, exchanging, or swapping, or giving gifts. Nor do we permit links to your eBay auctions, or other forms of advertising.

If I sent a pm with a code in (not that I would, having respect for the rules, but if) there would not necessarily be any personal details contained within it.

Just wondered if you could help me make sense of this rule?

I had placed an order yesterday, for delivery today, before I read your post.

I phoned T. wine by the case CS just now and even though the wines have been dispatched, CS have added the code to my order!!:j
So if anyone has had a delivery recently, it might be worth giving T. a ring.
