Independent to the dealer PCP Finance?

Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me out? I am looking for independent PCP finance options for a car.
The only website I can find is this one - http://www.capitalcarfinance.co.uk/
However there GFV (or balloon payments) are REALLY low meaning the cost drives up. I want to get a benchmark V the dealer PCP option that I have been quoted.
M&S used to do a "Car Buying Plan" and I know Santander did as well, however no trace of such things now.
Any ideas?
