Virgin Money: as easy as they say to manage mortgage overpayments?

Virgin Money at one stage told me arranging, changing and stopping overpayments on their fixed rate mortgages couldnt be easier - I thought I'd just check to see if that's the experience of the MSE community.
Main reason for seeking confirmation is that the chap who ultimately advised on the mortgage seemed terribly knowledgeable about the mortgage process, rates available etc but in a later conversation I noted a slight hesitation when discussing internet banking for the mortgage and ease of managing overpayments and I was left wondering if it was quite as easy as I first thought.
Any one already do this?
FYI I have the 3 year fixed at 2.59% with 10% overpayments allowed per year.

I have a Virgin Money mortgage account - I can't afford consistent, regular overpayments, so I transfer what I can at the end of the each month via online banking. I have the payee set up with the reference number I was given in the welcome package for the mortgage and I simply chuck £10-£100 into it every month ... All the payments show on our 6-monthly statements, so for us it is as easy as that
Hope that helps x
