I found them fantastic, I returned an MP3 player for replacement & the new one arrived BEFORE I'd posted the old one back

I have used their returns service on two occasions and can't fault them. The latest, a couple of weeks ago, was an electric shaver purchased 6 months previously which I suspected as being faulty. On 'phoning they confirmed a replacement would be sent out. However I discovered the shaver wasn't faulty, 'phoned to embarrasingly advise this, I was told just to refuse delivery of the replacement and a note would be left on my account accordingly. Unfortunately I was out when the delivery was made to a neighbour. I returned the package to Amazon, unopened, at my expense. They confirmed receipt and even refunded my postage! The replacement has, on both occasions been sent before, as previous post, the "faulty" item has been returned.
So I can't fault them on this. Just follow the returns advice on their website. I found it easier and quicker to 'phone, I think it's a free (0800) number as well.
In fact I still have the e-mails relevant to this - here it is - from within the UK 08002 796620. Give them a call and good luck.0 -
amazon's returns are excellent, I returned a faulty DVD player that only cost £30, return postage cost £18 but they refunded it all immediately and sent the new one out before the returned one had been received.0
