We're buying a house with a converted loft but it only has a roof light currently. Setting aside planning costs and issues, roughly how much would it cost to put a dormer in?
You'd need to call a builder in as there are too many variables. Size of dormer, access,scaffolding etc. It's not a thing anybody on a forum could tell you.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
