anybody heard of this crowd I ordered two chairs last week through Amazon, they sent me a garage/shed metal box :mad:they want me to "take a photo" of it and send it to them,I know by the shape of the box it does not contain chairs ,it was delivered to my neighbour as we were not in or I would have rejected it,it is getting beyond a joke they ignore my pleas to pick it up,Amazon have asked them to get it sorted asap, but still no contact,no phone number:mad:there was no invoice in the box either as we opened it looking for invoice at their request
please do not pick on me for my grammar,I left school at fifteen and worked in the building trade for 55years ,

Their T&Cs are nonsense, so you could be in for a difficult time. How did you pay? You may be better asking your card issuer for a Chargeback.0

No, the cost has to be over £100 to get protection from Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act and you have paid by credit card, but Chargeback has no lower limit and is available for most credit and debit cards. Read the MSE Chargeback Guide.

They are definitely at that address as SD Enterprises. It's on Google Maps. Have a look here. You'll need to place the orange man to the left of the marker, just past Harfrey's Road. The warehouse is on the left hand side.

They run a number of websites although, curiously, SDE Online don't appear to have one. Here's a couple of them but there may well be more.

SD Enterprises has its own website although there's not much on there.

The VAT registration number gives the company name as Sdeg Ltd.

I can't find a phone number for the company or its websites anywhere, but you could try contacting the director on his Twitter account. He hasn't updated it for over a month though.
