anybody heard of this crowd I ordered two chairs last week through Amazon,they sent me a garage/shed metal box :mad:they want me to "take a photo" of it and send it to them,I know by the shape of the box it does not contain chairs ,it was delivered to my neighbour as we were not in or I would have rejected it,it is getting beyond a joke they ignore my pleas to pick it up,Amazon have asked them to get it sorted asap,but still no contact,no phone number:mad:there was no invoice in the box either as we opened it looking for invoice at their request

Their T&Cs are nonsense, so you could be in for a difficult time. How did you pay? You may be better asking your card issuer for a Chargeback.

it was £99 does it have to be over a £100 I can`t find their address post code comes up as Boundary Road Great Yarmouth (an industrial estate) no name though,this is making us ill,Amazon send them emails,I have sent 12 now totally scunnered to be honest

No, the cost has to be over £100 to get protection from Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act and you have paid by credit card, but Chargeback has no lower limit and is available for most credit and debit cards. Read the MSE Chargeback Guide.

thanks again:T,but how can Amazon let a third party sell on their site if the third party only has an email address only Amazon can see,no address no phone number making me mad:mad:

They are definitely at that address as SD Enterprises. It's on Google Maps. Have a look here. You'll need to place the orange man to the left of the marker, just past Harfrey's Road. The warehouse is on the left hand side.

thanks again to you all,they were going to pick it up on the 13th,we waited in all day never came,I rang the courier UK Mail,they had no idea what I was talking about,they had no bookings to uplift it,I have claimed through Amazon,got email today from SDE they are coming now on the 17th,but they have me down at a previous address,what a shower of useless barstewards:mad: Amazon want me to ring courier:( how can they argue over what we ordered and what we got ordered flowery chairs £99 got a bl**dy metal box for a garage/hut Monty Pythonesque
