Sky box Freesat Not Receiving!

Hi Folks, 1) I have 2 rooms using sky freesat upstairs. 2) Suddenly both of them stop working stating that they are not receiving signals. I went to the garden to check its connection and there was no problem. What can i do? Cheers Kay

If it is both it is very likely to be the dish not the box. Has high wind moved the dish? Is anything now obstructing the line of sight? Has anyone sheared a cable? Is it raining cats and dogs? (which sometimes can cause this to happen)0
