PPI/CPP letters

This time last year I successfully reclaimed all of my miss sold PPI from various banks over the years. Then in November 2013 I had about 9 letters from CPP inviting me to vote on how the policies are reviewed and how to go about making a claim.
I am confused, have I already received this compensation that I claimed myself and is it just a formality asking me to vote?
Got excited thinking I was in for another payout but realistically I think I have probably already had it
Thanks
