Contract Review

Good Morning

We are looking at starting a business as part of a franchise and have been sent a contract, would the CAB overlook this document or would it have to be a lawyer.

Comments

  • I highly doubt the CAB will give you a contract review for free and even if they did they are not trained solicitors by any stretch of the imagination.

Given you have very little statutory protection on business transactions its highly worth getting things checked by a competent solicitor

Thanks for the advice, will look into the solicitor option.
