No the tickets they sent me never got to me, so I had to pick them up from the box office. thanks for the feedback, will still try and get my money back (fingers crossed)

Surely if you had to call up to let them know that you hadn't received the tickets and arrange to have copies at the box office they must have a record of this, and it would seem pretty obvious that the originals must have been used. I would have thought they would have had more sense than to issue replacement tickets with the same details, rather than voiding the originals and ensuring that only the replacements could be used.0
