ESA Appeal

I have my ESA Appeal on Wednesday and I know that the Appeal may not go in my favour. I have a Fit Note until the 12th of March and I am attending a Pain Clinic until the 18th of March so at the moment my health is still not very good. My question is if I fail my Appeal and are told to claim JSA would I need yet another Fit Note off my GP? The only way I would be able to work would be to do under 16 hours and because of lower back and leg/foot pain I would need help from a disability advisor. I am almost there but still need to complete this Pain Programme to see just what my capabilities are. So what to do? Try again for ESA or JSA but with a revised agreement. Also how soon would I have to see my GP after the decision is made on Wednesday? as I don't know if my Fit Note would then become invalid. As I have not been in work since September 2012 and my contract was ended November 2013 because I could no longer do my job I probably wouldn't be able to claim JSA. It would be contribution based just like my ESA is. Thankyou in advance.
