TV point socket

What's missing off this tv point socket? My last house was able to use an indoor aerial because it was close to the tv signal mast, but not at the new house, so that's why I know nothing about connecting my tv up to this. Do I need to buy any sort of connection for this? Would it be something I could get in Maplin or Currys?

Put the cable (pic 1) back in the F connector (pic 2), and use the RF plug that is on the floor (pic 3) to connect to your TV.
