The FOS have found in my favor regarding my P.P.I claim and MBNA have appealed, after speaking to the FOS they have said i must be re payed all the premiums plus 8% per annum interest
but how will MBNA pay this?
Will they pay it off my oustanding balance or will they pay it to me directly?
It totals around about 30 months at £17.80 per month...about £534
can anyone help me with this please:T

If you're not in arrears, then it should be paid directly to you.0

Have the FOS rejected MBNA's appeal?0

yes they said their appeal had no grounds for them to change their findings and that MBNA had only offered a rather weak response0
